short walk helpful staff generous space
The location proved amazing. Fifth Avenue and Rockefeller Center were within a short walk. Grand Central, Times Square, Central Park, and the Empire State Building were easily accessible by walking too. The hotel presented itself as spotlessly clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room offered generous space with TV, towels, and a hairdryer.

i found the room clean. the studio included a tv and hairdryer. i appreciated the location, being only a brief walk from fifth avenue and rockefeller center.
the hotel only serviced my room once of six nights , which i considered disappointing.

mediocre stay with service issues
cleaning schedule desk service
the location were good and it was close to everything.
I had problems with the cleaning schedule. the room wasnt cleaned every day, and that was frustrating. also, the girl at the time share desk never acknowledged me when i left. She was always on her phone or looking at herself.

personable staff modern design ideal location maintained cleanliness
I found the staff personable and always ready to assist. My room had a modern design and felt spacious. The location was ideal, near major attractions and transportation options. I appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout my stay.

The room featured a comfortable king-sized bed and blackout curtains, ensuring a restful sleep. There was also a Japanese bidet in the bathroom, which i found to be a luxurious addition and appreciated the spaciousness it offered, too.
